As a staff Producer and Director with Well Known Films, Well created programming for pre-school through college and adult, in humanities, social studies, science and language arts. Since establishing Productions as an independent business, Well has continued his dedication to education in video programs for Publishers, Company, and Others.

In the department of Radio/TV/film at University, Well continues teaching, on a periodic basis, undergraduate and graduate courses in video production and television directing.
