We've been Carpentry Subcontractors since 1975, specializing in Rough Framing for General Contractors with their own in-house Carpentry force. We've also provided full service Carpentry from Rough through Trim for some of the Chicago area's leading General Contractors, Developers and Construction Managers on projects as varied as Single Family Homes, Multi-unit Town home and Condominium Developments, and Light Commercial projects.

Carpentry is all we do, and we do it very well. All of TM Ryan Co.'s UNION crews are fully equipped and experienced. Each of our trucks contain gas powered generators and air compressors, nail guns, hand and power tools, and storage for material inventoried at the end of a work day.

Whether your project's schedule requires Stick Framing or Panelization we can provide it all. We work closely with some of the Midwest's largest Truss and Component manufacturers. ALL of your projects are put into our in-house CAD system for Stick and Panel walls, and Trusses. Submittals and RFI trans- mittals to the project Architect can help flag dimensional inconsistencies or conflicts between our work and other trades; thus reducing errors and saving time and money. We take full responsibility for purchasing, checking layouts and engineering, and scheduling of cranes, components and materials.

New to our offered services is RESIDENTIAL DRYWALL. We have provided Drywall, Metal partitions and structural framing for many years on our Light Commercial projects. We are now engaged in several projects using our experience in this area on Residential wood framed projects and multi-story Condominium and Rental projects.

Your Estimates will be prepared on our own proprietary software. Plan changes and revisions are easily adjusted. We can provide line item, assembly, or unit pricing to you; all of which can be very effective for Value Engineering. All pricing is based on our historical tracking from hundreds of successfully completed projects. Purchaser Upgrades, Change Orders and other requested additions or deductions are promptly provided based on our bid unit labor and material Scope of Work. References from satisfied clients are available upon request.
