Background Information

CEI International, Inc. (CEI) was incorporated in 1988 by Charles Harrison and Bob Hughes. In 1989 Eugene Sawyer joined the company and is now Executive Vice President. In order to streghten our International Divison. Mr. Mohammed Aref has recently joined our staff. CEI has grown into one of the nation's largest minority owned fuel distribution companies.

CEI's goals are to distribute/supply fuel to airlines, railroads, heating oil companies, fleets and various other users in search of competitive prices. We are also a natural gas marketing company serving commercial businesses and industries with natural gas supplies. Our direct purchase program provides natural gas users with the opportuninty to purchase supplies from sources other than their local utility company.
