sized Chicago area manufacturers save money by buying their utilities, raw
materials, supplies and services thru our website. We also help these same
manufacturers sell their products thru our website.

First by helping you to realize that we are initially a free resource available
to you. Then by setting up a visit to your company by one of our experienced
clients advocates discuss your business with them. Tell them about the 5 items
you buy the most. Then let us go find new, high quality, low cost suppliers

Our virtual market is what we have created on our website www.4mfg.com. It
is a place on the world wide web where buyers and sellers can meet to buy
and sell their goods and services. There they can realize significant savings
and increase sales. It is an additional way to conduct normal business.

From your purchasing standpoint, we are aggregating demand from many Chicago
area manufacturers, taking that bigger demand amount and presenting it to
new suppliers to bid on. These new suppliers have reduced selling time and
costs since we brought you to them, and as a result can quote lower prices
to you.

of your products. Then we want to know who your Chicago area good medium sized
potential customers are. We will call on them stressing the benefits of registering

Yes, there are three ways: First you need to register with us and select the
plan best suited to your company.
- 1. Individual listings in the virtual marketplace then you need to log
in. You will be directed to a screen to create a new listing. Click on
the tab and follow our simple instructions!
- 2. Short company & product descriptions in directory and search section
of our website. As a registered member, your company and products will
have an electronic business card in the 4 MFG directory. Your customers
can find you thru our excellent search engine by company name, product
name, industry, and other information you provide.
- 3. Custom website design by 4 MFG, Inc.! We will work with you to create
a professionally designed web site that meets your objectives. These Products
pages will have links back to your website. Get more sales & leads with
4 MFG's web page designs!

There is an initial one time registration fee that enables you to enter
into our virtual market within our www.4mfg.com website. Please note that
other sites charge as much as $500 to $1,000 per month, every month for their
services. 4 MFG, Inc. only gets paid when a products or service gets sold
through our website or after an introduction off line. The listing fee
for a request for quote is charged to your account when the listing is
posted. The classified ad fee is also charged when the listing is posted.
Classified listing run for 30 days. Once a transaction is completed 4MFG,
Inc. will receive a 5% commission from the seller. The fee will be charged
to your account.

We do use an action format to bring buyers and sellers together in our virtual
marketplace. You need first to be registered to see our virtual marketplace.
Once you go thru our registration process by clicking on "sign up" you will
be lead to our virtual marketplace. Then you can fully participate. In addition
our website allows you to list items in catalog format and thru classified
listings.

sites charge $500, $1,000 or more per month! There also is a nominal charge
per listing per month. You can also list your company catalog with 4 MFG complete
with digital pictures, descriptions, and specifications. We would be happy
to meet with you to discuss your needs and work out a plan that meets your
specifications.

The seller pays a 5% commission to 4 MFG, Inc. once the sale is made.

You will receive an e-mail, fax, or phone call from a potential buyer. You
will negotiate and close the deal yourself.
