Ultimately the plan is reduced to an Engagement Agreement
reflecting the six key steps that confirm the performance benchmarks we agree

Our Engagement Agreement sets out
precisely the actions we will take and how our services are priced.
Step 4 Progressive Evaluation and Variance
Correction
Discuss the progress with
Management frequently and when necessary, amend the engagement plan to address
changing circumstances.
Step 5 Engagement Completion Checklist
Out Engagement Agreement defines
exactly those objectives which must be met to successfully complete the
engagement.
Step 6 Post Completion Follow-up
We develop lasting relationships
with Management and are a readily accessible source of future advice.
